The marina has a great restaurant and live music some nights. Three TV areas: Open greatroom, 1st floor bedroom and lower level huge theater screen with ceiling Epson projector for DVDs. Bring your DVDs. Poker table in lower level near bar and partial kitchen, which includes separate ice maker. Fill your boat cooler here. The large sliding door from the lower level provides a beautiful lake view. There is a concrete deck there leading out to the pergola or down to the dock. The outdoor pergola includes comfortable plush seating and a massive stone fireplace for evening relaxation. Large logs are available to chop, best to bring a couple of bags of kindling for ease of use. There is a concrete path to the dock on a gentle slope, no steps until you step down 3-4 steps onto the dock. Easy to wheel your cooler to the dock. No boat? Not necessary. Swimming off the dock is fun, no wake zone, so speeding boats do not zoom by bothering you, this keeps the dock area peaceful for floating on the provided rubber pool rafts. There is a new propane gas grill. Please leave the grill as clean as possible for the next guest. I do not charge a cleaning fee. I clean the house myself. Please help me by putting dishes in the dishwasher and starting it. You do not have to strip beds, you are my guest. If you are not sleeping in a bed, it would be nice if you didn't mess it up. Stay in our beautiful home on the peaceful lakefront. The house has stunning views in all directions, modern decor, a gently sloping yard, and a private dock for guest use. Trinity lake house is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath that has been newly renovated, taking advantage of natural light through numerous windows and 3 skylights. The 3 BR's are all equipped with queen beds. In addition to having a queen bed, bedroom 3 is also equipped with 4 beautiful, rustic bunks, and so sleeps a total of six if so desired. There is also 1 queen pull out sofa bed in main living area. The kitchen/main area of the house is open design, combining a spectacularly renovated kitchen that flows into a seating/TV area that accommodates 13. The living area has a large TV, gas fireplace, and ample seating to view the lake. A canoe and kayak are also available for guests to use on the private dock.
